We work dynamically with a flat organisational structure and short lines of authority. We go to great lengths to maintain initiative in the organisation and encourage all employees to come up with ideas. Ideas can easily be translated into action.

We have not changed the cornerstones of our culture, although we are developing rapidly at times. Fortunately, our company has great experience and awareness of the legacy that we bring with us from the last 100 years.
